The Gassen family, the owners and founders of Chaparral Insurance Services, comes from a long and proud tradition in the insurance industry. We have worked on the carrier side as underwriters and managers. We have built proprietary insurance programs for underserved markets. We have handled everything from insurance programs for Fortune 500 companies, down to a small business owner's policy for the corner market.
We've seen insurance done right, with maximum client satisfaction in mind and attention to detail. We have also seen insurance done the wrong way...and the harm it can inflict in unpaid claims and ruined businesses.
Many of our clients have been with us for 20 years or more, and we can truly say that we think of them as friends, or part of the family.
